Biography

Rafael Santos is the Managing Partner of The Editorial Authority, where he oversees the firm's strategic direction and high-stakes litigation portfolio. With over two decades of experience in the Philippine legal system, he has established himself as a formidable presence in both appellate courts and boardrooms.

His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, constitutional law, and corporate restructuring. Before founding the firm, Rafael served as a senior associate at one of the country's most prestigious legal institutions, specializing in multi-jurisdictional arbitration.
